Tseung Kwan O Integrated Service Centre

Service Objective

To offer opportunities for hearing impaired individuals to develop their talents and social skills in their leisure time; to encourage hearing impaired persons to actively participate in community activities, to promote an inclusive and harmonious society, and to offer professional support to hearing impaired persons and their families/carers.

Service Users

Any hearing impaired individuals and their family and friends are welcome to apply for membership and utilize our service;
Any individuals and volunteers interested in serving the hearing impaired.

Service Areas

Provide a variety of services in one stop:

• Organizes various social and recreational activities e.g. courses, indoor/outdoor activities and educational themed seminars etc;
• Organizes competition in sports;
• Organizes volunteering and sign language training activities;
• Participates in and organizes various community events;
• Provides consultation and Sale of hearing aids assistive devices.
• Case counselling
• Home visits and outreach service
• Mutual help and therapy groups

Eligibility and procedures of participating in our activities are detailed in our Membership Newsletter. Please feel free to contact us by phone, fax, email or in person at our Centre for enquiries on participating in our activities.

Counselling service could be referred by social workers, or by application by phone, fax, email or in person at our Centre.
