Service Areas
- Individual, Family, Group/Activity Counselling
- To support hearing impaired persons in adapting to changes in hearing ability, dealing with academic progress, financial burdens, relationships with family, emotional needs and problems with parenting;
- To provide therapy groups with hearing impaired parents and their children, in order to consolidate their family functions;
- To provide therapy groups with hearing impaired parents and their children, in order to consolidate their family functions;
- To facilitate relationships through parent-child activities such as outdoor trips, in order to build a healthy family life;
- Referral Service
- To refer cases to relevant governmental departments or other service providers depending on the needs of the service users.
- Caring Programme for the Hearing Impaired Persons and their Families
- Funded by the Community Chest of Hong Kong, the Programme facilitates the communication and understanding between hearing impaired persons and their family members through a variety of activities. Besides, the Programme promotes community education throughout the territory. We organize themed seminars in the community as well as hearing impaired related professional training and experiential workshops for different organizations, in order to enhance the understanding of the needs of the hearing impaired and to build an inclusive community.

Application for Service
- Apply in person, by phone or fax;
- Referred by governmental departments or non-governmental organizations;
- Referral by social workers
Withdrawal from Service
Withdrawal can be made directly to the responsible social worker.
