Education Service: Early education for the hearing impaired children and rehabilitation training for students with special needs.
Social Service: Counselling service for hearing impaired, their families and CODA (children of deaf adults), assistance in job searching and training for the hearing impaired, carer support services.
Medical and Rehabilitation Service: Audiological service and speech therapy service.
Sign Language Services: Sign language interpretation for the hearing impaired, public and private institutions.
Cochlear Implant Charitable Foundation: Financial support for the users to repair, maintain and replace speech processors and accessories.
