New Territories Multi-services Centre (Leung King)

Service Objective

To promote welfare for hearing impaired individuals and their families, to support them in self-help and developing their talents; to encourage hearing impaired persons to utilize their leisure time, to develop their potential and social skills, and to actively participate in community activities, to utilize community resources and promote an inclusive and harmonious society.

Service Users

Any hearing impaired individuals and their family and friends,
Any individuals and volunteers interested in serving the hearing impaired.

Service Areas

Provide a variety of services in one stop:

• Social, recreational, educational and development activities;
• Early Education and Training;
• Individual and family consultation and counselling;
• Children and parents support services;
• Service for Children of Deaf Adults (CODA);
• Service for Parent-Child Word(PCW);
• Speech Therapy Services;
• Volunteering training and services;
• Promotion of inclusive activities;
• Sale of hearing aid batteries;
• Sign Language interpretation and training courses.
