Shin Tsing Group
Objective
The group was established in 1991 and is a volunteer group formed by hearing impaired individuals passionate in serving the community. The group is formed by optimistic and positive youths who work together to give back to the society through assisting the Centre in organizing various activities and participating in community services.

Formed by hearing impaired individuals.
