In order to promote and showcase the talents of hearing impaired persons in the field of photography, a group of hearing impaired members who are passionate in the art of photography established the Club on 15 July 1999. The Club is led by Mr. Au-yeung Chi-kong, a hearing impaired photography tutor. The Club aims to cultivate the interest for photography among hearing impaired persons and to develop their potential in the field.

Any hearing impaired individual is welcome to apply for membership. Committee members will assess the works of the applicants.
Training: to organize training courses relevant to photography and digital skills Photo shooting: to organize various indoor or outdoor photo shooting activities to enhance the photography skills of members
Volunteering: to be photography volunteers in various activities of the Centre Seasonal competition: to hold 4 competitions annually with well-known photographers as guest judges. Gifts and certificates are awarded to winners. Talks: to invite well-known photography professionals to be speakers at talks Exhibitions: to organize public exhibition and showcase the works of members
