Crystal Crafts Group

Objective

The group was established in October 2007 by hearing impaired and hearing individuals. Our members actively participated in various large-scale activities of the Society and to offer DIY crystal crafts for sale. Through creating crystal crafts, our members learn to communicate with the others, to broaden their horizon, to showcase their artistic talents to the society and to build an inclusive society.

Past Activities

Members have been participating in open/community activities, such as SEPD Market@Star Ferry and collaborating with organizations like Youth Square for selling their DIY crystal crafts. Members also sell their products through different channels, and at the same time teach their fellow members the skills of making crystal crafts.

In the process, members encourage and support each other and cultivate each other’s self-reliance and confidence. Also, recognition from the public in the sale offers us encouragement.
