Job Vacancy:Human Resources Manager (Ref: HRM)

Job Descriptions

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions. The duty will be covering but not limited to HRIS, C & B, recruitment, employee relations, training...etc.
  • Work closely with management team on staffing that ensure all practices are in compliance with company polices
  • Be proactive to implement/review HR related procedures, rules, HR manual to meet changes and challenges in a growing organization
  • Review, develop and standardize SOP and workflow
  • Update and conduct on/off boarding arrangement
  • Ad hoc duties assigned by management

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 5 years of solid all-rounded HR management experience
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
  • Detail-minded with a can-do attitude
  • Experience NGO is preferred but not essential Immediate availability is preferred
