Job Vacancy:Administration Manager (Ref. No.: AM)

The Administration Manager assists the Director in providing a full spectrum of office administrative functions, oversees the operations of the Administrative Department, formulates and implements the policies and procedures in relation to administrative matters, and provides secretariat support to the Board and Committees.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, a qualification and experience as company secretary will be an advantage;
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience, 5 years of which at supervisory level;
  • Working experience in NGO or public organizations is preferred;
  • Strong management and leadership skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua; and
  • High level of computer competency.
