The Councelling Service Centre provides casework and counseling services to the hearing-impaired. With the professional service provided, we aim at assisting them in overcoming personal, families, employment and accommodation problems, and helping them to adapt effectively to the society.

Our Services     

We provide individual and family counseling in the following aspects:

• Social functioning and behavior
• Marital problem and families
• Emotional problem
• Parenting
• Further education and employment
• Accommodation 
• Application for approval letter for driving
• Financial difficulties

• Any hearing-impaired persons can apply for making an appointment with our social workers in person, by phone or by fax.
• Referrals can be made by government departments or any voluntary organizations
• After receiving the application, our social workers would make an appointment with the applicant within ten days, then evaluate his needs and the goal of the case, and provide counseling or referral services.

• If the applicant would like to withdraw from the service, he could apply to his social worker.
• After achieving the goal of the case, our social worker would discuss with the applicant about the termination of the case.  The applicant could apply for our service again when necessary.
