The centre provides pre-school training for hearing impaired children from 2 to 6 and their parents. With intensive auditory and speech training, hearing impaired children are equipped with basic skills to prepare for transition or integration to future education and integration. The Society also offers pre-school training in Hong Kong Host Lions Special Child Care Centre.

• Offer training for hearing impaired children from 2 to 6 : curriculum of child care centre, auditory, speech, & language training and etc, social, physical training

• Day care service, counseling, parents-teachers association
